I GOT THE SAME CHARGE FROM BS VOLKO 8.8 EUR, DID U FIND OUT WHAT IT IS
Got this cgarged on Visa after paying in Slowenia at gas station (cigarrettes and two bottles of *%#^ta). Had to think about my travel to croatia 'cause I could not remember first all the he situations where I payed with Visa. But this seems legit.
