FRAUD- Chase cancelled my card because of this

Was charged $3,542.67 on myAmerican express ard for August 7, a US $charge for a booking we never made or ever contacted CCI*getaroom .com
I had R5674.51 charged to my credit card on 4th December for a room I never booked. Cancelled my credit card and had reported it a s a fraud.
Confirming this is fraud. Chase just cancelled my card as well

Fraudulent transaction. Had a charge of USD 2062-67 on our credit card on the 8th Nov 2015.Cancelled our card but still battling to receive a refund.

I actually booked a room at Best Western in Wewoka, OK for $123..69 (charged to my credit card). The night manager told me the room was $84. I asked about the price difference and he said the difference would be refunded on my card. Never happened, so evidently the motel is in on the SCAM!
Booked one night at the Ramada in Del Rio TX through Getaroom.com; this was during the February 2021 winter weather emergency. Went to check in and the hotel had no power. They assured me I would not be charged...but I was. I disputed the charge and was relieved of the obligation. The same amount reappeared on my statement as a new charge on 11 May 21 from CCI Reservations. I am back to disputing the charge and canceling my card to prevent this happening a third time. This is robbery.
I was onlne looking at booking the Marqueen in Seattle. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. After going through the steps, I realized it was a company call CCI"getaroom". I did not follow through with the reservation. Instead my sister called and booked with the hotel. I later discover I was charged $300.00 for a reservation with this heinous company. I searched all my emails and nothing was ever confirmed that I made a reservation. However CitiCard Advantage decides since I don't have a cancellation/credit from this compnay that it is a legitimate charge. I am going to cancel my credit card. I can't believe with the informaton I gave to them about this CCI getaroom.com and also confirming with the Hotel a reservation was never made, that a credit card company would not stand behind it's customers of many years and excellent credit standing. I hope enough people relize what a scam this"getaroom.com company is to perhaps put them out of business.
