6/26 I phoned CRSCR after seeing a $39.90 charge for something I did not sign up for; since March! Spoke to James who offered me a one-time refund as a "courtesy." I said, "No, I'd like the entire $160 refunded. I'd like to speak to your supervisor." He replied that no, ma'am, our policy is that you can't talk to a supervisor and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Tyler and told him I was ready to report CRSCR to the BBB. Those are the magic words that trigger a fraud report within the company and I would be refunded the entire amount - internal process is 24-48 hours, bank refund time is 3-5 business days. Mention the Better Business Bureau reporting. I will also report this process to the BBB. Tyler also told me that I could, indeed, speak to a supervisor who is in a totally different call center than he is. They have multiple call centers. Both operators told me they were inside the US, but I cannot verify their response.
