It's a gas station on the way to the Cancun Airport. They ran our credit cards, says it was declined. Then when you get back to the US, the transaction goes through anyway. I filed a claim with Chase Bank and they said they couldn't do anything about it. If I wanted a refund, I'd have to contact the gas station directly. When contacting the gas station directly, they use the language barrier to their advantage. No refund, no help from Chase.
