The owner of this establishment also has a Souvenir shop in the Foyer of The Mena House Hotel, Pyramid Road, Giza. I purchased Papyrus products from this Factory with the above bank ID on November 5th 2016 & as at December 1st still have not received the products despite paying &100.00 USD for Shipping. Satisfaction is currently being pursued.
