I pre-booked at Howberry Farm and was charged £183.01 for three nights' stay; when I changed my plans, and booked another hotel instead, I contacted "Lilian" who checked and said there was no outstanding charge - it spoiled our visit to RSA for our niece's wedding. NO REFUND PAID, and I can only challenge it through my Barclaycard payment, which was taken very quickly ! !

I booked accommodation through Agoda and paid by card online. Payment showed "Paybridge Accommodation SA". On checking in at the establishment, I was handed the invoice and was told that it had not been paid yet. I showed the guy at the reception my proof of payment which he accepted. On checking out, I was again told that my account had still not been paid. I reminded them that I had showed them that I had in fact paid and that was that. About an after leaving the establishment, another charge of the exact same amount I had paid to this paybridge went off, now on the establishment name. I have queried the transactions with my bank and they promised to investigate and let me know.

I mase a nooking at Tzaneen Country lodge and had to cancel the booking due to some other reasons and guess what my money was deducted when asking for refund am told by one of their receptionist that She was not working the night i made the booking and will ask her boss on when and how i will get my refund!Such scammers 🤨😏🙄😐😑

NightsBridge helps accommodation providers throughout South Africa, by providing them with a booking software to manage their bookings more efficiently online, as well as a way for them to transact cards online. The reference ‘paybridge accommodation’ will show on your statement if your card has been used to book accommodation online at a property (guest house, bed & breakfast…etc) that uses the NightsBridge payment gateway PayBridge to process online payments. In my case it was a legitimate payment, I just wasn’t aware that it would show up with that reference. I contacted the guest house and they also confirmed it. I booked a guesthouse through Booking.com , but indicated that I will pay at thr venue. I just received an sms that almost R900 is paid to Paybridge Accomodation. I assume that is Booking.com’s reference although I did not authorise the payment. I emailed the venue to make sure and I’m awaiting their feedback.

My VISA card was debited with 1330 ZAR on march 30, 2023 by paybridge accomodation SA. I can't prove that by my records. We have been on holiday in SA, but came back to Germany on march 8th 2023. The loss is 70,32 € incl. costs and I want to have it back.
