I questioned this. Ended up being a photographer for daughter's school event. Looks like a back-of-house support that photographers contract with: photographer takes the pictures and orders, PHOTO CHECKOUT handles the credit charges, likely handling the printing and mail outs for photographers.

charge via 3rd party for school photos..required writing out card number and mailing..preceded fraudulent charge of almost never used card by 1-2 days. Coincidence...not.
