This is a fraudulent Visa debit card charge for more than 600.00
On 12/16/20 fraud charge of 142.16 was made on on EDD Bank of America account ! Has been reported to authorities. Investigation underway.
So with technology these days being so advanced all some one has to do is walk by u with a bug program on there cell phone and it will read all you bank and credit cards information then all thy got to do is huck up a card reader have a old debit or credit card that's no good anymore then swipe the card through the card reader and there u go thy have full axes to your account but this pusfick Ralphs is at 1020 University Ave San Diego, CA 92103
