My card was compromised and I had a charge at Ralphs 0095 in Monterey Park. I immediately disputed the charge and cancelled the card. It would appear there is something going on within the staff at that Ralphs.
Still trying to dispute with my bank. Multiple charges made at Ralph’s 0095 Monterey Park ca back in Feb of 2019. My bank said they investigated and were told my chip was used which is impossible to clone. There is only one explanation I have to my bank and that is INSIDE JOB at Ralph’s. No way possible they used a chip because I had my card. So someone at Ralph’s is reporting the chip was used or making the transaction look this way.
