Charge for office visit at Bon Secours affiliated family medical practice
I believe the SC is South Carolina and the SF is Saint Francis (health care system). I don't know why their billing is so cryptic.
Saint Francis Physician Services, Doctors of Family Medicine. It is a medical clinic in the Greenville SC area. It is legitimate. St Francis did recently have yet another security breach that once again they tried to hide from victims victims. That means the charge on your credit card might look similar to this but still be fraudulent.
Bon Secours Health Systems handles the billing. I received a charge from SC SFPS SC on my HSA card. I had a sleep study done on July 3rd, 2018, the provider who read the study processed the payment on 1/17/19. I called 877-342-1500. But since my claim was in South Carolina they gave me 864-603-6080.
