I called the Snappy Lube in Waynesville to inquire about the charge. I had used them back in the summer for service. The employee told me that they were not #29 and after hearing the amount of the charge on my card recognized it as a car wash toll. He was right in this instance. I had taken my wife's car there just a few days prior. Hope this helps.
