Dear Sir, Hereby, I need to express my deep regret what occur when I came back in Africa regarding the cell-phone I bought from you in Houston; the salesman told me that the phone cannot work out of USA but the salesman told me wait a moment I will enter in contact with my boss if I can unlock the phone? The boss said you can sale the phone and two days after the phone will be unlocked. After a few days before my return back in Angola my country, I went to the shop to certify if the telephone is unlocked they confirmed; unfortunately when I arrive in Africa the phone could not work and need a code to be unlocked. Sorry that your Company did not keep his promise or break his promise because the Cell-phone will not serve if you can’t help, raison why if you would be so kind to give me the chance solving this issue to send the unlock code to Ramiro. Therefore to substantiate my claim or to make good my claim please see attached the Bill and my Passport Visa. Thank you very much for your understanding
