I have the same issue! Charged on 21 Jan 2016. What happened is that VistaPrint offers you a free website. The next month they charge you an amount of 10 $. Frauds!
The same happend to me! I have ordered a few photo's from the site, since then they have been billing my card for a website i never even heard of!!! Any advice on how to make it stop and get my money back?
