it seems I downloaded and read a single health newsletter and apparently the process of doing it signed me up for an annually billed $39.00 "premium service". I am advised that it has been cancelled. Yeah its at the least misleading or worse a scam.

From Dr. Al Sears - apparently it was a "renewal" charge for his newsletter. I did not knowingly sign up. I called the number that was listed on my Visa with Pace Wellness Research. The woman I spoke to was professional and I should have a credit on my visa account within 72 hours.

I ordered a product from them a year ago, ad was automatically signed up for “free” weekly newsletters, which I ended up unsubscribing from. I tried to go to their website to cancel, but it just throws up this ad where you have to put in an email address for, and cant even see the website, unless you do that. Then lo and behold, 1year later I have a 39 dollar new charge on my credit card!. I had to dispute these charges with my credit card company, and will be watchful for another charge ne t Feb!

I did not order this, but did open and look at the ad. How do I get it stopped? They charged me $39.00 on 06/28 and then charged me again on 07/01. I will turn them in for fraud.
