charged my card when I had never used the service. After calling in and debating with Allstate for 10 minutes they agreed to initate a refund process for the full amount of $164, but they could not explain how the errant charge appeared in the first place and they said a refund would take 2 weeks to post. Awesome.

This charge also appeared on my bill after using Allstate roadside assistance. They are a service Allstate uses to find a tow to come to a property. They overcharge, and usually do not give a receipt for the service so that they can overcharge billing. I had to call Allstate to clear up the amount. A 69$ charge came out to 84$ on my bill. From now on I will call a tow on my own and avoid the hassle.

I have never heard of SFS*Roadside Assist until about an hour ago. They tried to charge an outdated credit card and were declined. TWICE!!! I do no have Allstate Insurance and my insurance company does offer me roadside assistance which is already included in my monthly premium payments.

Yes yesterday on March 6th I called roadside assistance for a tow truck they wanted a credit card numberr to pay for the tow truck, so they build my card for a tow truck that they hadn't got yet and then they found out they couldn't even get one so I got billed for nothing they said they were returning it so we'll see or I'll see them

Had two assist calls routed through them on one day. Two $66 charges on my charge card. I then called the actual service provider who stated SFM denied both his service calls to me. They said he never performed any service for me. They advised my Insurance company no service was provided to me. SFN then charged me with two $66 service calls with and funds I pay going to them. It appears they cheated the service provider who performed both service calls and the insurance company for whatever share of a service provided they might receive and more importantly to me, they billed me for two service calls that were fully covered by the insurance company and actually due to the service provider. for his services. Words like theft, embezzlement and fraud comes to mind.
