Unknown transaction of $86.18 that appeared on my Credit Card Statement for Tractor Supply Co. I contacted the call center to inquire and cancel it because I did not make it. The "IDIOT" at the call center treated it as being as a Lost or Stolen Credit Card and said they will issue new cards to myself and spouse. The problem is this has occurred before with Tractor Supply with the same charge and the same action. I could not get the person at the call center to understand that Tractor Supply has a problem or issue.

And TSC says it’s stolen cards. NO ITS NOT, I’m beginning to think TSC has a scam going on or other wise they would flag these charges on our accounts and not be charged or call us to verify. SSOAB

I was charged $127.15 this month through TSC. I called and they are sending me a new card, this is the reason I keep all of my receipts and balance them to my statement each month. It would be very easy for someone to just pay the balance and not notice the "extra"

I only today saw several charges from TSC Channel in TN. I've never heard of it. I use Tractor Supply for my farm animals and have never noticed this charge...I simply pay my bill. This goes back to April. I'm just a wee bit %*&!ed.🤬

I just got one 10/24/22 for $92 dollars. I will close out my card if they can't fix this

This is how Tractor Supply shows an ONLINE order. Call 877-718-6750 (customer solutions) and they can pull up all information and explain.

I work at Tractor Supply and also have a TSC card. When I received a "Internet Channel Brentwood TN" charge, I was confused at first. Then I realized, it was my online order. TSC is based in Brentwood Tennessee, so any purchases made on the website or app look like this. Unless you never placed an online order with TSC, don't dispute it, there's an explanation!

Just issued a new visa TSC card that had $60.22 charge I called and said another card would be issued. After seeing others with the same problem I'm canceling my card and hope TSC corrects

I just reported the same problem to TSC cardholder services. I was told an investigation will be done. My account was cancelled and a new card will be sent. I see from reading the above comments that this continues to happen to folks, even with a new account. They have obviously been hacked. May need to cancel account altogether.

How do I get my money back

I just contacted Tractor Supply after seeing these charges reviewing statements from the last few months. Together, I've had over 300 dollars charged to my account without my consent. I'm waiting to hear back from TS Support. The only clue I have: Tractor Supply's "Neighbor Club" is also located in Brentwood, TN.

just got two charges, $223.97 total from Brentwood, TN! Sum$#^%*, getting new card. if it happens again, forget TSC card!!!!!

This is your online purchase from Tractor Supply. It shows up as an internet purchase. If you have purchased something online from TS with a CC it will show up as a internet purchase..thats all :)

Taco Internet Channel on your bill MEANS that you ordered something online. Poor wording on TSC’s part. And the Credit Card side of TSC is clueless!!! All they will do is order you a new card. They refuse to just tell you that it means that you made an on-line order. I guess they have job security that way?

What everyone is saying is not true. I order on line from Tractor Supply monthly for my dog food, the charge for dog food is not nearly the amount that the Internet Channel charges me and I do not charge it within 4 days apart. I agree that there is an issue but I dispute it every time it shows on my billing statement, yes I usually request a new card and get it about a week later. But I am also getting really tire of the charge showing up! Also thinking about cancelling the card and just using a different one or maybe just stop buying anything from there from now on!

Keep up with what you buy, it’s an order placed online for store pickup , most likely. I agree , way different wording is needed. How many Call Center people are giving away purchases , lol?

I've had this charge on two different TSC cards. Each time I report it, they close that account and issue a new card, which is fine. I understand what others are saying about any online purchase being labeled on the bill as "Internet Channel, Brentwood", however, I almost never make an online purchase, and when I have, it's been for far more than the $30ish charged each time on my card with this "Internet Channel" description. Those charges do not match any receipt for any in-store purchase either. These are not my purchases. The second card had 2 charges on the same day, just different amounts and still not matching any purchases I have made in store. I keep all my receipts. TSC closed the second account, issued a new card, and I had to answer 20 questions with their rep, confirming these are not mine. They are still "investigating" these and said they will "let me know" if I'm responsible for them in 30-60 days. I told them I will close this account permanently if they don't remove them. This is getting old.

Just saw this charge on my new statement. Never authorized it and never heard of this company

This charge showed on my statement in April 2024. I did not make this charge nor was it a purchase over the internet. Any purchase I've ever made over the internet with Tractor Supply shows up as a purchase from Tractor Supply which can be viewed on my account page. I contacted Citibanks customer service (the card issuer) and they did issue another; however, they charge was still showing on my account. I called again and was issued another card. Now this charge is showing up on a canceled card and I'm continuing to get calls from collections of a past due bill. I have contacted customer service numerous times and have been told that all is good and no payment is due, but I continue to get collections calls.

I have been plagued with 5 charges from them before I realized it! I got reimbursed on one charge.
