This is a fraudulent organization - I do not own a pet and have never purchased anything from this company. The charge appeared on my credit card and I cancelled it immediately, while abroad. The authorities need to shut this organization down because many elderly people may be robbed in this way.

This company changed a credit card that I have, but have never once used at any time. It sat in my office and I still have the card in my possession. There should be no way they could have gotten this information. I'm HIGHLY suspicious of this company.

Michelle on May 01, 2017

Someone used my credit card and purchased through this company. Luckily my credit card company notified me of this and also two Wal-Mart charges on line. Fraudulent.

allan on May 03, 2017

Marcy on May 04, 2017

Lisa on June 09, 2017

I had the same thing happen as Marcy Allan and Michelle. Special thanks to capital one for catching them before I lost money

Diana on June 14, 2017

This company should be blacklisted for any online activities. Three consecutive suspicious charges showed up on my credit card on the same day. I never owned a pet or ever purchased any pet items, online or in-store. Of these fraudulent charges are not necessarily the company's fault they have done nothing to protect their merchant ID and company name from being the source of fraud. Shame on Dr. Foster and Smith. I am going to file a complaint with BBB on top of the credit card fraud case.

Keisha on June 24, 2017

I had a fradulent charge from Foster Smith Mail Order and a walmart charge totaling $124. My credit card company notified me and it was taken care of. Its very suspicious that everyone on here is saying the same thing. I'm wondering what more can be done to look into this further

Nick on June 26, 2017

I was just charged $166 by Foster Smith, I don't own any pets and never made any purchases with this company. There were no other fraudulent charges other than this company from any the charge cards I own.

Dom V on June 29, 2017

I had a 69.54 charge and I have never herd of this company until they tried to fraudulently charge my capital one cc... All good now, this card had been deactivated

Jeff H on June 29, 2017

I too had a charge from Foster Smith for 112.83 on June 29 2017. It was on a card that we have never used and luckily CapOne fraud dept. caught it and stopped the charge from going through. I have no idea how they got my card number but it has been deactivated and charges will be filed against this company

P Knight on October 20, 2017

I was just hit as well Foster Smith for $600+ and Walmart for $145+. Odd that most folks on here have the same 2 companies used for fraudulent charges. Also odd, how many of us had this happen to our Capital One account.

Sandra on October 28, 2017

I got hit too. I received an email at 11pm about a charge, since I opted to get notified when I make a purchase. I don’t even own any pets. Now I’m on hold with foster asking how they have my info. So far I’ve been on hold and no one is telling me anything. The last purchase I made was from the Walmart app. I will never make a purchase on there again. It’s a shame.

Jerry Mack on November 04, 2017

Got a 109 Charge on a card that has been shredded years ago...We don't even know the CC number...Luckily the CC company sent an email

Priscilla on November 04, 2017

I too was hit today for $49.31, but Capital One flagged it immediately as possible fraud. I do not have a pet and have never done business with this company before. As a matter of fact, I hardly ever use this card so how my number was stolen is mysterious.

Amy on November 25, 2017

On 11/24/17 was fraudulently charged 65.79 from Foster Smith Mail Order on my Capital One. So if there are so many email concerning Capital One - wouldn’t it be a leak in their security ?

Gotme 2 on December 16, 2017

Mrs. Harvey on February 03, 2018
