Ben charge and its fraud
I've had this on every one of my statements and I also see transactions which I haven't done! I don't know what kind of scam is going on and the manager at my bank didn't want to deal with it and sent me to another bank all the way across town. (I'm in a wheelchair). So far I have lost several thousand dollars and there is absolutely no explanation!
I do not where this charge comes from
