i have no clue why this charge showed up or do i have any idea how they were able to do so
I called the sundancenow number appearing on the credit card statement 707 559 8362. a recording asks to contact the company thru email : support@ddoc.com. The company says they have no record of an account with my email address and cannot close the account as I requested.
I got a suspicious charge, too...neither wife nor I recognized it...challenged as fraud...was re-issued visa cards by Schwab.
I did not order Sundance and I want it off my credit card . Elizabethmurray217@yahoo.com
