Wendy on May 23, 2017

I was caught out when I applied for a new driving licence which is free. They partially refunded after I immediately got in touch to explain my error, retaining part of the payment for the admin. There is no opportunity to rethink and confirm the payment.

chris on June 01, 2017

taken for a ride when applying for driving licence renewal site very authentic just like the DVLA site.

It seems that this company charged my a/c £59.99 for the free renewal of my over 70's driving license. I have no idea who they are; they had no permission to do so; there was no indication that they were involved in the process.. All forms and envelopes used appeared DVLA authentic. DVLA offered no explanation. How did they get bank information? Clearly some form of scam. Immediate refund demanded.

William on 19th June 2017 on June 19, 2017

I was charged (and the money was taken out of my account) the sum of £69.99 for the free renewal of my over 70 driving licence. I reported the withdrawal to my Bank and am proceeding with a complaint to Visa in the hope to obtain recovery. The position was exactly as happened to Robert's report dated 16 June 2017.

Theresa Muston on June 21, 2017

I was charged £59.99 by you for renewing my driving licence. I want this back immediately as the service is free. Also I have no idea how you got my card details as there was no money involved in the process. I have notified the DVLA and also my bank and I shall be reporting this to the police. I see you are making a habit of this on reading all the other comments here. This is theft on a grand scale.

Natalia Honcarova on June 26, 2017

I was charged twice for CRB check: 1st time by £65 when applied and a week later by £30. I did receive my certificate, but didn't expect it to cost so much. I've just sent them an email asking for a refund. I will let you know the progress.

Annmarie stewart 27th June 2017 on July 03, 2017

malcolm matthews on August 03, 2017

i have been charged £59.99 for a dvla licence renewal which should be free but this spurious web site claimed for check and send. I want my money back. it is a total scam. avoid the bastards.

M. Davies on August 21, 2017

Avoid like the plague! I, like numerous others, was defrauded by these unscrupulous people of £69.99 for a driving licence which turned out to be free. These people have absolutely no conscience at all but, as the saying goes, what goes around comes around!

Geoff purvis on August 30, 2017

I have two withdrawals from my account for the 5th August and the 21st August 2017 to this surfandpay account. Who are they? I have no idea who they are. I presume from others that one at least has something to do with my renewal of my over 70 driving licence. I demand my money back!!!!!!

fred bloggs on September 23, 2017

£110 taken out of my account- i had to contact my bank to get this cancelled-seems they are happy to take money off people like this until you take action to stop them-be careful of this
