We were at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth and got water from a vending machine. It coincides with other purchases I made on that date.

Scam. Someone is testing the stolen number to see if it will go through on a small purchase. The same day this one was on my fraud alert another at 'Francesca's" in NJ went on for $450.00. The criminal may work at a perfume company in the area.
