I saw a similar transaction for around $250 against 'Checkcard CSUH New Haven CT' one day, but didnt realize what it was. I googled and saw that there were many who had feared it was fraudulent charge. I called my bank and then realized it was 'California State University Haven'. I had paid that amount for a Career-related test but didnt recognize it based on the acronym. It was a valid transaction in my case.
