This charge is what you pay for the version of InkpadNotepad and it is a wonderful program. You can get their free version which continues to run advertisements while you use it. I have been using the program for over two years and well worth the cost. You can find it at https://inkpadnotepad.appspot.com/ and I don't know why they bill it as Google Workpail but it is a terrific program.
this is for Inkpad app on google play
Workpail Charged me $160!!! For what? I do not know.
