This charge is on my credit card and I am not why. $20.00 I have asked for a credit and have not received it as of this date.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company or bank. You should be protected from fraudulent charges such as this and the money credited back to your account, but they may send you a new credit or debit card. You should probably also review all other charges near the date of this fraudulent charge, as identity thieves pass around information and will use credit and banking numbers multiple times over a few days, knowing that they will soon be caught and the cards canceled. Report any suspicious or fraudulent charges to your financial institution.
Have a $14.00 charge on my card & will dispute it with them.
JUST FOUND THIS $14.00 CHARGE ON AN UNUSED MASTERCARD BILLING FROM NOVEMBER 2015. DID NOT ORDER THIS. I DO KNOW WHAT JACQUIE LAWSON IS, BUT HAVEN'T SIGNED UP FOR THIS.

Jacquie Lawson is an Internet Hallmark Card (give or take) .. nice way to send animated cards through the intternet instead of stopping at a Hallmark store ... although, both work with a few flowers from your favorite florist to explain where the charge comes from.

This is a legitimate charge. I was suspicious as well so went to their website & chatted live with someone in customer service. The charged subscription then goes into auto renew.

I submitted a complaint about my Visa debit card being charged $32.46 for a GIFT, this charge was made on January 15, 2023. I was NOT on the Jacquie Lawson website on January 15, 2023, I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT.
