I ordered 2 compressor filters from them on ebay on the 12/4/2017 and still have not received then , I am suspicious

I ordered wedding favours from them and they also scammed me! as if weddings are stressful enough. I tried to work with the seller as 99% of the time ebay sellers will resurrect the problem without having to go through dispute, but not this one!

...PAYPAL "SHENZHENSHI" on credit card Sept 14, 2018...I have never had a PAYPAL account...sounds scammy to me...can't access the PAYPAL account that I never had to see what the charge is for ($25.99)

...my bad...after contacting CapitalOne and PAYPAL, the charge from Sept 14, 2018 for $25.99 WAS a legitimate charge for a laptop replacement battery...I didn't recognize the company name, or the PAYPAL, but the charge WAS legitimate...sorry about that, but better safe than sorry...JimG

I got a paypal charge from them. I found this strange because they were not on my buying history on ebay. I tracked down by the price. $ 24.98. The seller is actually "best2shop15" I got scammed on some LED bulbs. They claimed they were 216 LED bulbs. They weren't. They were 168LED. There still doing the same scam.

Took me a little digging to figure this charge was on my PayPal account. This was a fee for 6 months cloud service for a security camera.

I ordered a workshop lifting table on Aug 8. from Hongety.store. A couple of weeks later I received a crappy pair of gloves with the same order and tracking number. My bank account was charged by ShenZhenshifu for this item. Their website has since been taken down. TOTAL SCAM. "Different companies" sold thousands of these lifting tables. I am sure many people were scammed. What can be done?

Reissued all new cards. Credit card companies are not interested in investigating because it's not fraud since it's a credit. DUH! Any unauthorized activity IS fraud. Anyone else?
