My charge came from Florida on a card that I cancelled a week before. The charge showed up on my cc account on 2-2-21 but not my paypal account. Total scam!!!
This is an Etsy.com charge. Check your Etsy.com order history and see if you have an order for the same amount.

I ordered something from Etsy that came from Ukraine. This showed up as Westernbidi on my account. Totally legitimate.
Looked iffy but this was a legitimate business. A Ukrainian miniature manufacture named Tortuga Bay in my case.

This charge is from a company called WesternBid. They are a finance & payment portal similar to a Paypal, but they specialize primarily in Ukraine-based artisans, functioning as a secure way for them to engage in online transactions in the West and beyond. If you type WesternBid in Google, you will find the company's website and can read their "mission statement." I noticed this as a charge thru Paypal after ordering custom goods thru Etsy from a wonderful designer in Ukraine. The company WesternBid, Inc. is based in Florida here and they ALSO function as a drop-shipper to the states of products ordered, as well. You can also check out and verify the authenticity of the company at BBB. Not perfect, but in noz for 21 yrs. Did you order something thru Etsy, Ebay, or that may have a Ukraine-based Seller? Check your purchases and you will likely locate the transaction. Sometimes charges show up on credit card statements with head-scratching names, but are legit transactions. This company somehow charged my Klarna account fraudulently and is being investigated by both PayPal and Klarna.
Have no idea what this charge to my account is all about!
