cant identify, charged twice, capital one says its valid but I dont have rpoof from them yet, very confused.
I travel to Japan often and have seen this charge on several occasions. Sometimes I am able to verify with a saved receipt. Other times I have not been able to verify and once back at home memory becomes hazy.
