This charge was from a Sears service repair coming our to the house. I was confused and thought it was a scam charge, as I certainly wasn't in NH, until I remembered the in home service request.

Thanks for clarifying. Now I remember the service call. I had a Sears repairman clean the filter on my washing machine intake water hose as the machine wouldn't fill up. ($96.12) Could have done it myself now that I know that was the problem. He talked me into letting him clean my dryer. ($54) Turned out it was unnecessary as the dryer was so new it didn't have anything to clean.Oh well.

I thought this was a scam but then I remembered a phone service call about my oven which was very helpful by the way. The other confusion was that my card was charge more than two weeks after the call contributing to my forgeting about this charge.

my charges were legitimate for Sears Kingston; as I am not in Kingston and was initially suspicious. My wife had a Sears repair service for our fridge. Sears billing cites Kingston regardless of where your service is

I had work on my stove by a&e Factory Service. Ib 12-8-21 I was told the charge would be $700 and I had to pay. I was charged $393.82 on my credit card. Parts came and when the second repaid person came in January he told me I did not need all the parts and the charge was going to only be $94.65 and I would get a refund of $299.17. Have written to them 4 times and the last 2 were returned as undeliverable. They now show a different address on their website. Don't know what to do next.

Appliance repair company came out & diagnosed the problem with our Whirlpool fridge. Ordered parts. This part of the experience was very good. The day they were scheduled to install the ordered parts, tech is supposed to arrive "sometime between 8am -5pm" . I took the entire day off from work. At 10am I called to double check to see if anyone was coming, automated response confirmed appt between 8 - 5. At 4:30pm I called again, automated response confirmed appt was now at 6:30pm (I assumed the tech had a long day, but was on his way) NEVER SHOWED. I called again after 6:30 pm, automated response stated that they could come between 3am to 4:30 am asked me Yes or No?, I said yes (knowing no one would come at 3 am, but wanted to see if they might actually show up...guess what...NO SHOW AGAIN. What a waste of my day. Its not like they arrent making money: They charged me $775.03 for this wonderful experience. They did not call me to apologize, offer reimbursement or even a discount. Nadda. They did have an automated system text me over & over trying to get me to reschedule but I was not happy & had no intentions of rescheduling & risking another whole day off from work. Don't these people care about the customer experience? If I ran my business the way they run theirs, I would be out of business. It took hours on the internet & phone to try to get ahold of a human being. In the end they charged me $119 diagnostics, $275 harness, $89 led lights, 110, control panel (as of today they have promised to reimburse me $182 (which is the difference from original charges minus above. No wonder they have a 2 star rating. Let's see if they follow through.
