Yes te same thing has recently happened to me and they used the last $150 I had of my grandsons SSI check that I was supposed to pay my water bill with ! I contacted my card holder but have still not even gotten the paperwork I'm supposed to have filled out and returned within 10 days of when I spoke to them and that was on the 5 th .
