I think this is a vending machine at Cal Poly Pomona. That's the only place I've ever swiped a card at a vending machine.

Thought this was a fraud charge, but remembered I bought water from a vending machine at Eaton Canyon. Whew, no need to freak out.
I received the same charge PBCV - Baldwin Park. It was from a vending machine at Citrus College. PBC is Pepsi Beverage Company, 4416 Azusa Canyon Rd, Irwindale, CA 91706. It's Irwindale but their payment processing must be in Baldwin Park.
