I was not even in the state (Although this is the city of residence on my drivers license - I got an alert thtat the transaction had occurred, so I immediately called card company and the store on Richmond in Houston. Both refused to help until the charge had posted. Now they say they will investigate, but they won''t refund til at most 2 weeks. I am about to call and threaten to report them even further. What is this thing?? Mine was involving my government issued tax refund card......
