I received a charge for $2.00 from GMT Hsvl. This was the parking garage fee when I went to the Neurologist across from Huntsville Hospital.
"Lrdb" above has it figured out, I'm almost certain. On the day of the charge ($2.00, labeled "GMT HUNTSVILLE LLC, HUNTSVILLE, AL" on my bill), I, too, went to the neurology clinic across from Huntsville Hospital and used my credit card to pay the parking garage fee. Keep in mind, that there are _multiple_ health care providers in that building. I believe it's called "Governors Medical Tower". Yes, this charge is for a parking structure located across from Huntsville Hospital. It is connected to the Neuro and Spine Center.
