i was charged for ICA visa application.
After scratching my head and calling up the bank who told me the payment for "GOP CC" was for a govt body which they didn't know which sector. I log onto my Singpass account and found out that it was a yearly payment for my pet's licence. So peps out there, if you have this "GOP CC" in your credit card statement and was scratching your head too, do check out your Singpass account. Cheers !!
