This thief committed a fraud by creating a fake credit card to charge a purchase in the amount of $15.67 in West Covina on October 27, Southern California. The real owner of the credit credit card still has the real credit card in possession in Northern California and was notified by the credit card company of fraud. This card is closed by the credit card company that evening.
