It showed up on my card after I sold an item in ebay & went to ship the item. Ebay offers a ship & pay option off their site if your a seller. This is where you get a shipping label for sending your product. Then it takes the shipping fee from your debit/credit card on file or from paypal which does the same(takes the shipping cost out of what account they have on file that you provide when opening the account).
