I can't reach them about order.
I ordered an item from ebatterys a couple of days ago. I did not receive acknowledgement of my order but it was charged to my account using Paypal HUIZHOUSHIX on May 30th. I have emailed ebatterys on two occasions with no response. Are these people legitimate. What action can I take.
I think it may be ebatterys,co.uk@gmail.com I had the same thing happen to me and had ordered batteries from them a few days before it appeared on my statement. They did not give contact details or send me an email, so I was suspicious at the time. I am even more so now having read what others have said. So I cancelled the charge with my credit card provider..
Again, it is e-batteries. Placed order, money taken, no email received, no goods received
