This charge has been showing up on my Amex card for numerous months, and I have no idea how it originated. I contacted Amex and asked about it; no response. It is very suspicious.

I didn’t know what this charge was for. I have subscriptions come out all the time. But I started going over statements and knew I didn’t authorize. I called and they say I may have unintentionally signed up for it. She was nice and refunded all my money and canceled the subscription. But never told me what they sell

Brian (above) was lucky if he did indeed get the charges reversed. I have called repeatedly; no-one ever answers. And the company's 100% return guarantee is BS as well. The parent company, Potpourri Group Inc (PGI) and all of its subsidiaries are a total scam.

Just noticed this charge. It is a VIP membership to Whatever Works, where I had purchased some watering bulbs in the past. I did not want a membership and I am not sure how it got on my order. I called 855-857-4328. The processed my cancellation and said I should be getting my refund in a few days.
