I too have a charge on my credit for the above. It looks like a restaurant we dined at in the Golan Heights ( Israel) I think it was either somewhere around Kiryat Shimona or Metula area. Cant read the Hebrew receipt but the shekel amount matches. Nov 2015

If you don't remember this restaurant, you probably didn't eat there. It is only the best burger restaurant in the north of Israel, or all of Israel, or even the best burger I've ever had...
