This can be a charge for Audi Connect service. I recently switched to a monthly charge for Audi Connect because I will be trading my Q7 in soon. I saw a charge come up on my Amex for RACO Wireless, did some investigating and learned that they provide the wireless service, along with T-Mobile, for Audi Connect.
