This charge appeared on my Credit Card after I purchased a lifetime federal park and recreation sites use card from the Corp of Engineers.

It comes up as this when you purchase your park and recreation pass for the year. I live in Oklahoma and this was how it appeared for our pass for Lake Texoma and it cost us $40.00 for our yearly pass this year.

If you reserve something online from recreation.gov or reserveamerica.com this seems to be the billing identity used. I camp a lot (2 or 3 weekends a month). Most of my reservations are for public campgrounds. This entity and address on my credit card billing lines up with my last 3 campouts.
