charged my card when I had never used the service. After calling in and debating with Allstate for 10 minutes they agreed to initate a refund process for the full amount of $164, but they could not explain how the errant charge appeared in the first place and they said a refund would take 2 weeks to post. Awesome.

This charge also appeared on my bill after using Allstate roadside assistance. They are a service Allstate uses to find a tow to come to a property. They overcharge, and usually do not give a receipt for the service so that they can overcharge billing. I had to call Allstate to clear up the amount. A 69$ charge came out to 84$ on my bill. From now on I will call a tow on my own and avoid the hassle.

I have never heard of SFS*Roadside Assist until about an hour ago. They tried to charge an outdated credit card and were declined. TWICE!!! I do no have Allstate Insurance and my insurance company does offer me roadside assistance which is already included in my monthly premium payments.

I got an overdraft alert in my email for this service and I don't even own a car for 76.00 nor does anyone in my household. Have to call my bank service in the morning to report a fraudulent charge

I received a charge for 76.00 and I don't even own a car and neither does anyone in my household. Have to call and report fraudulent activity on my account in the morning.

Yes yesterday on March 6th I called roadside assistance for a tow truck they wanted a credit card numberr to pay for the tow truck, so they build my card for a tow truck that they hadn't got yet and then they found out they couldn't even get one so I got billed for nothing they said they were returning it so we'll see or I'll see them
