I was charged $29.95 for something i know nothing about i will be disputing this charge !!

This is in regards to a credit watch company that charges $1 to check your credit score then they charge $29.95 after the 7 day trial, that they never let you cancel in time

We had a new card that had not been used for anything. Actually had been set aside for future use. Then a statement showed up. Of course the only 2 charges on it were for $1 and $29.95. SRVTS.COM with their phone number : (855) 703-0260. Now if we had used the card alot we might not even notice this fraudulent charge. But called the bank immediately and had the card cancelled and contested the charge. Their website says they are a credit score provider, and after 1 one week trial they automatically start charging you $29.95 for their premium service. Funny , their FAQ section seems to be all about cancelling the service. Since we never contacted them, it was a fraudulent transaction.

But when I called the number to cancel the subscription, they told me I wasn't in their database and I didn't have to worry about any charges . But I check my account and there is ANOTHER $1 withdrawal from my account. Extremely upset

This is 100% a scam, they do not provide a service, they simply bill people and hope they don't notice. Do not attempt to contact them for a refund as they will just try to get personal information out of you. Call your bank and cancel your card. If you gave them personal info through their website or online then you should take measures to assure other people can't use your identity. On September 29, 2017 a charge of $39.90 was made to my debit card and was given a bogus phone number to whomever this may be. I told him I could hear all the voices in the back ground who were clearly being rude to other callers that were being scammed just like me. He gave me some bogus confirmation number saying I have been cancelled and had me wait on the line for the email with confirmation. After 10 minutes with him on the line, waiting for the email that never arrived, I hung up. My credit card reversed the charge, I cancelled the card. I hope that is good enough and that they don't scam me again. !&$^%#*s!

Wells Fargo was amazing with getting them all refunded and then closed my entire bank account and issued me a new card....i checked my new bank account just now and saw that they charged me again!!! The SRVTS coharge from freecreditscores.com. They claim to only charge you $1.00 for the first seven day trial period, then $29.95 a month after that and you can cancel anytime. I didn't even pay the $1.00 and SRVRT still charged my card $29.95. So, my conclusion is that this site is a crook. They don't do what they guarantee to do and they rob your bank account.
