This store has an unusual incredibly high number of fraud (more than usual) Make me suspect that they themselves are making the charges on people's stolen cards. Only 1 of their reps spoke to me - I got bounced around. They were very uncooperative and unwilling to help to resolve the fraudulent charges on my card. I got "too bad you got ripped off" attitude from their reps. Employees inside are probably ordering for themselves and their friends.

I order what I thought was a brown leather handbag and it showed up on my bank statement as Stage #960 for approximately $43.00. Is this a legitimate change? Thank you.

This place stole money off of my gift card, called the "SUPPOSED" corporate office and they sent me to fraud division "SUPPOSEDLY" these people were asking me my name, the name of the person who gave me this number, how did I get the number, they can't look anything up. I think that its an inside job as well. I will MOST DEFINITELY get down to the bottom of who stole my money.

I tried to use my egift card yesterday. To my surprise it had already been used on February 6, 2018 at store #960. After calling customer service and being told they would not tell me where store #960 was located, I'm positive this is an inside fraud job.
