Tbe collectable charged my card now my account is a negative $12 and something I didn't order anything from these people

It's Bradford Exchange, Hawthorn Collection, I think even Ashton-Drake charges sometimes appear this way.
I've had this happen twice now. Both times when I have ordered from Ashton Drake dolls. When I call ashton drake they say they only see one charge!!!!!! %*&!ED IS AN UNDERSTAMENT!!!
