This is for Cody's Diner located on Water Street in New Haven CT. The owner's use a "corporate name" of Troy L Bacon. Not sure why because it does lead to confusion when you see the charge on your bank statement. This is a trusted establishment that has been part of the New Haven diner/Restaurant Scene for some time.
The charge was for Cody's Diner in New Haven, CT. Legitimate place, actually a very good diner.
