credit card charge to unknown entity for an unknown service
It's a company that provides cellular insurance claims. I have US Cellular and I had insurance and broke my screen. I used the insurance but you have to pay the deductible for your phone which is $175.

I had two fraudulent charges on my account for a total of $325. It is sad that people can't just be innately good.
Dropped phone and went to Us Cellular for their protection plus plan. Assurant is the insurance company that takes claims for US Cellular. Tried to file claim with Us Cellular Rep and was told claim was in review and call Assurant's 800 number. Talked to Assurant Customer Service Rep and explained my situation and I wouldn't be using Assurant insurance plan because of needing a phone in a timely manner. Assurant Rep assured me my credit card would not be charged. They charged my account with out my permission and I didn't even do business with them. Beware of Assurant's process.
I have been charged $1 just for talking to a rep from SIGNAL-CELLULAR (Assurant insurance for my broken screen). They do not have a replacement for me, because they no longer sell the Note series, so I'm being forced to purchase a brand new phone. Well I will be asking for a different insurance carrier for my next phone. I will also be spreading the word on social media how shady this company is!!!!!
