| Description | It's a company that King county uses to send birth certificates out. But the 11.50 is if you paused in your order because you didn't have a piece of info (we just ordered my bf's and this happened. So we accidentally had 2 orders going, one completed and charged 59 bucks or something, the other was held and since we didn't cancel it they charged 11.50. It's like if you don't know the social security# or where a parent was born or something. (edit) |
