It's the room account for Carnival Cruise Lines. Generally used for drinks, etc. that you charge to your stateroom when you're on the cruise.
My card was charged over $10,000 by Victory Sign and Sale and $1200.00 by The Courtyard in Fort Lauderdale and I have no idea how they got my card since I live in Tucson, AZ and have never been to Florida. What a *****mess!!
