Took $30 twice now want my money back

A charge of $20 at 11:29PM on the 20/09/2023 on my visa debit card was made. I do not use Vodafone at all! I have now locked my card and most likely will have to replace it.
reference from kiwbank 329802402791 $30 charge for something i have no record of.. refund is needed immediately
$100 dollars taken from my account without my consent and my bank won't do anything about it....this is bull!$^#.
$20 was deducted from my account, even though I have not yet received the debit card associated with these transactions.
