This is a Pepsi Soda Machine in Newport News, Virginia
I had a legitimate charge on this from a vending machine in Williamsburg. Which confused me at first, but maybe the vendor is based out of Newport News.
Originally voted suspicious because I haven't been to Newport News in a while, but after reading the comments I can say that yes it is from a soda machine. I used the one in a WalMart in Williamsburg and this is the charge
